The Jane Broadrick and Marilyn Johnson Scholarship was formed when our previous teacher and classroom assistant retired as a way of honoring their years of service to the WCP. This scholarship is intended to provide families in need with tuition assistance in order to attend the school. The Warner Cooperative Preschool application process for the scholarship consists of a letter submitted by the family describing their need for financial assistance. In the case of multiple applications, financial records may be required. The essay shall include the amount requested for assistance. The amount requested will not exceed 40% of the yearly tuition. Therefore the maximum allowed for each class will be:

The amount granted will be subtracted from the yearly tuition, and then divided equally into the 9-payment plan the school has set forth.

Please note that the scholarship granted may only be used towards tuition payments. Families will be responsible for all fundraising monies including but not limited to the pie sale and raffle. As always, payment arrangements can be made.

The application process, evaluation, selection, and subsequent granting of scholarships will be completed in a confidential manner.
